Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Sharp and Carter. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our brand strategy, with a focus on innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and brand equity.
- Lead Innovation and NPD: Manage and lead the entire end-to-end NPD and innovation strategy, including the development of new products and packaging.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insights, category, retail channels, food service providers, and agencies.
- Drive Business Growth: Drive business growth and brand equity by expanding our offering across snacking and plant-based foods.
- Experience: Proven track record as a highly successful Senior Brand Manager with experience in FMCG food and marketing.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Culture: A positive, confident, pro-active, and resilient personality who takes ownership of things and has a bias to action and drives initiatives forward.
