Experienced Rehabilitation Nurse Opportunity in North Turramurra

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Lady Davidson Private Hospital in North Turramurra. This permanent full-time role offers the opportunity to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and nights.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and experience working in a rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidenced-based nursing care whilst liaising with our multi-disciplinary team
- Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Provision of required compliance documentation - evidence of work rights within Australia, Working with Children check, Police check, Serology and immunisation evidence
- Rehabilitation nursing experience (desired)
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care and compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary ranging from $35.46-$49.79 per hour based on years of experience
