The Landings village is set against the backdrop of the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park and features a walking track, gourmet café, restaurant, bar, lounges, gym, pool, library, art room, billiard room, and state-of-the-art care facilities. This beautiful community boasts gardens, pocket parks, and sunny courtyards.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, including those requiring higher levels of care such as dementia and palliative care services. You will provide clinical leadership to Personal Care Assistants on shift and promote the LDK values of Love, Decency, and Kindness.

Salary Details

We offer an hourly rate of $50 plus superannuation, with opportunities for casual and shift loading when working outside standard business hours. Additionally, we provide a base rate of $50/hr + super, resulting in significantly higher earnings due to the nature of the role.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, valid First Aid and CPR certification, minimum 3 years of nursing experience in Australia, strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, alignment to a values-based organization, demonstrated understanding of senior Australians' needs, and proven ability to work in a team environment.
