Job Overview:

As a Senior Healthcare Professional with LDK Seniors' Living, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including those requiring higher levels of care such as dementia and palliative care services. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans;
  • Supervising and supporting our Personal Care Assistants to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care;
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and any issues or concerns that arise.

Salary Information:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $60-$80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including free onsite parking and uniforms, above award wages and retail discounts, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia;
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Alignment to a values-based organisation;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the needs of senior Australians;
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and promote an inclusive culture.
