About the Position

Kairos Care is currently seeking passionate and reliable disability support workers who can commit regular hours to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be nurturing and attentive, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. You will also have experience working with disabled individuals and relevant education or training in individual support or disability support.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Relevant proof of education or training in individual support or disability support
  • Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated experience in individual or disability support
  • Access to a fully maintained vehicle and a valid driver's license

Kairos Care is a new and fast-growing disability support service team committed to providing quality support to people with disabilities. Our services include psychology and counselling, community care nursing, domestic assistance, skills workshops, peer mentoring, social and community participation, personal care, and daily living assistance.

Schedule and Supplementary Pay

This role requires shift work, with penalty rates applicable. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Mt Druitt NSW before commencing work.
