ERP Business Analyst Opportunity

Join our ERP project and leverage your expertise to drive business change. We seek an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.

The role involves documenting business, system, and operational requirements to decommission legacy applications. You will work closely with Finance and Business colleagues as part of their transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and document requirements for decommissioning Oracle Essbase and EPM.
  • Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, IT support, and vendors to define requirements, operational changes, data mapping, and data lineage.
  • Facilitate collaboration across business lines, removing roadblocks and enabling open communication among stakeholders, SMEs, designers, developers, and testers.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or relevant industry certification.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience with complex business technology projects in a Finance context.
  • Proven ability to develop solutions across teams in hybrid/agile environments with multiple vendors and business groups.
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
