Job Title: Dedicated Care Professionals
We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our residential care team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will actively promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their holistic needs are met in accordance with their personalized care plans.
- Contribute to site reporting, accreditation standards, and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- An empathetic and compassionate nature, along with a client-focused approach.
- The ability to prioritize your workload safely and efficiently.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care (or progress towards) or significant experience in a related setting, along with a willingness to undertake training.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old.
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check.
