Our purpose is to provide exceptional care and services that enhance the lives of our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering clinical services and supporting residents in maintaining their independence.
About the Role:This role involves working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential aged care facilities, a solid understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards, and excellent leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Delivering evidence-based clinical care that prioritises resident well-being
- Leading and supervising care support staff to achieve high-quality care
- Providing safe and effective clinical care, including managing challenging behaviours in people with dementia
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- A minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential aged care facilities
- Solid understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards
- Ability to establish trusting relationships and provide person-centred support
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and conflict resolution skills
- Current AHPRA registration and valid work rights in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
