Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to oversee various construction projects in the Northern Territory.
This full-time opportunity is based in Darwin and offers relocation assistance. Your primary responsibility will be strategic project management, ensuring timely completion within budget and aligned with company objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including cost and schedule estimation.
- Manage commercial processes, including cost control, project reporting, procurement, and contract management.
- Maintain compliance with customer and company safety, quality, and business processes.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field, preferably in construction management or project management.
- Previous experience working on building and/or healthcare projects.
- A valid Construction White Card and driver's license are essential.
- Proficiency in Project Management software.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
