Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will collaborate with clients to drive business transformation in the legal and accounting sectors. A tertiary degree in Business or a related field is essential, along with experience in project management and change implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and define tailored solutions for professional services firms undergoing digital transformation.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvement, and implementation efforts on client engagements.
  • Assist with change management activities and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and ensure seamless integration.
  • Support project management activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Travel as required to serve client engagements domestically and internationally.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business consulting or a related field.
  • Tertiary degree in Business or a related field (e.g., Commerce, Law, or Accounting).
  • Proven expertise in project management and/or organisational change is highly desirable.
