This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The Opportunity
  • Analyse contractor bids for client value
  • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
  • Evaluate project scopes to assess gaps
  • Maintain a library of current local rates
  • Optimise project costs against budget
  • Provide estimating expertise throughout the design and construction stages
  • Build trust with partners across the business
  • Support nimble project management through excellent documentation and timely communication

We are looking for someone with increasing levels of scope and responsibility as an estimator. You should enjoy applying analytical skills to complex data and excel in a collaborative team environment.
