Overview:

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will lead cost management on multiple projects, driving successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities include deliverables across pre-construction, procurement, and post-contract activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost management on multiple projects, including pre-construction, procurement, and post-contract activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and lead fee proposals to secure new opportunities.
  • Contribute to business generation sessions, securing new revenue streams.
  • Manage financials on project and commission management.
  • Support carbon calculation services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager.
  • Experience in delivering pre-contract and post-contract results.
  • MRICS or MAIQS certification is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors is advantageous.
