Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide exceptional resident care, supporting residents to live their life with choice and independence. The role involves delivering personal care tasks within an established framework, assisting residents with mobility support, and contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily hygiene and continence management services
  • Assist residents who require mobility support as per care plan
  • Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation
About You
  • Certificate Level III (Individual Support)
  • Effective interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize workloads efficiently
  • Working knowledge of health and safety practices and infection control
  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles in aged care, healthcare or hospitality sectors
