
Senior Leader of Pre-Sales Teams

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Solution Consultants to deliver customer-centric, value-led engagements that drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
- Build individual development plans, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Set clear performance expectations and coach team members on best practices in value-based selling and technical storytelling.
- Sales Partnership & Customer Engagement:
- Act as a strategic partner to Commercial Sales Leaders to align Solution Consulting resourcing, strategy, and priorities to business outcomes.
- Ensure effective engagement in sales cycles, particularly in high-value opportunities, to articulate Adobe's value proposition and technical differentiation.
- Act as an escalation point for complex deals and critical customer conversations.
- Operational Excellence:
- Drive consistent adoption of Value Selling, Demo2Win, and consultative discovery frameworks across all engagements.
- Oversee and manage team capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure optimal coverage and team efficiency.
- Lead internal reporting and analytics on Solution Consulting performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Represent the Solution Consulting function in cross-functional discussions with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
- Contribute feedback from the field to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Customer Advocacy & Innovation:
- Foster a customer-first mindset by encouraging innovation and fresh thinking in how the team engages, demos, and supports customer needs.
- Ensure Adobe remains a trusted advisor by staying ahead of industry trends and competitive technologies.
- 8+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, with at least 2–3 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven success leading high-performing pre-sales teams within Digital Experience, eCommerce, Martech, CMS, Analytics, or related domains.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer journey management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple business value.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
- Fluent in Value Selling methodologies and strategic account planning.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
