About the Opportunity

Pinnacle Rehab is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Hons Graduate or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with clients who have psychological or physical injuries, conducting vocational assessments and reports to identify suitable goals and barriers to returning to work.

You will develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients and influence stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Graduate or experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a psychological or physical injury
  • Conduct vocational assessments and reports
  • Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans
About You

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about rehabilitation and making a difference in the lives of our clients.

  • 4th year Psychology Graduate or Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Associate or Full membership with ASORC
  • Car and valid Driver's license
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
