This is an exciting opportunity to join Star HR in providing life-changing services to clients with a disability. As a Psychology Services Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing psychology services and make a lasting positive difference in the lives of clients.

  • Work alongside a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering quality services to vulnerable individuals.
  • Pioneer into Psychology service provision and be part of an expanding team that looks forward to welcoming, supporting, and learning from your valued experience.

The role requires a Registered Psychologist who can provide tailored services in line with individual NDIS plans. You will work closely with family members and other relevant stakeholders to achieve client outcomes.

  • Influential role in Psychology services – share your professional insights and expertise.
  • Provide Psychological assessment and intervention to clients.
  • Plan, monitor, and review client outcomes.
  • Complete reports and work towards goals within your clients' NDIS plans.
  • Liaison with family members and other relevant stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, with full or part-time hours available. The salary for this position is up to $120K Base + Super, commensurate with your valued experience.

  • Fully AHPRA Registered Psychologist.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Current drivers' license and car (novated leases are available).
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability is highly desired.
  • Strong written skills.
