We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to join our clinical team as a Facility Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive change in the lives of older Australians, while also enjoying a great work-life balance.

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to deliver quality clinical solutions. This includes planning and managing the clinical team, researching and analysing resident clinical care requirements, and providing clinical expertise and guidance to the team.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and legislative requirements, overseeing quality auditing processes, and analysing and reporting on clinical indicators.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality resident-centred care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration, COVID vaccination (including booster), flu vaccine (as required by some facilities), current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these, reliable access to means of transportation, and clinical team leadership experience preferably within aged care.
