About the Role:

  • Assess and manage a range of claims, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making
  • Liaise with medical professionals, rehabilitation providers, legal experts, and insurance advisers to gather information and make informed decisions
  • Initiate investigations into claims and request necessary documentation
  • Making claim decisions based on your authority level

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Life Claims Assessor in either Group or Retail is essential
  • Proven expertise in assessing Income Protection (IP) and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims
  • A passion for mental health and wellbeing, with a commitment to providing empathetic support to policyholders
  • High attention to detail, resilience, and excellent communication skills
