Deputy Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Professional to join our team as a Deputy Operations Manager. This key support role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our adventures and providing a safe, life-changing experience for all our travelers.

About the Role:

  • Provide logistical support for journeys, including site purchases and builds, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cultivate and mentor our Tour Leaders and guides, addressing on-road incidents and analyzing tour reports to drive safety and quality.
  • Schedule and develop the team to guarantee they have everything needed to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably as a Tour Leader or leading/guiding group travel.
  • Extensive travel experience and knowledge of Western Australia, including the Kimberley, Karijini, Exmouth, and the south west.
  • A strong passion for responsible travel.
  • Desirable: Management coaching/training experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
