Senior Leader: Quality, Compliance and Workflow

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead operational excellence across our Customer and Business Operations portfolio. This pivotal role involves driving workflow design, compliance, and quality assurance to enable achievement of our Health Insurance strategy.
- This includes direct and leadership responsibilities for the creation and adoption of best practice workflow underpinned by relevant compliance and quality regulations.
- The ideal candidate will drive engagement of a continuous improvement culture through project initiatives and communication with senior stakeholders.
- Data analysis is crucial in identifying areas for continuous improvement and re-design.
- The individual must be able to educate and influence key stakeholders on workflow design using LEAN methodologies and expert insights.
- Operational delivery must align with Bupa's customer services strategy.
- Governance, reporting, and communication will ensure ongoing quality assurance and risk management.
