Front Office Receptionist Opportunity in Mackay

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional guest experience at our holiday park in Mackay, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to guests
  • Process guest check-ins and outs accurately using the park booking system
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations
  • Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently
  • Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Diploma or certificate in hospitality or a related field
