Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill our Front Office All Rounder position. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

  • Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, responding to their requests, and settling accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay, enhancing their overall experience and fostering loyalty.
  • Promoting hotel facilities and opportunities for up-selling will also be an essential part of your role.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a service-focused personality, be able to work shifts (mostly afternoon/evening) and be available on weekends. Prior experience working with hospitality software is an asset, as is fluency in English.
