Overview of the Role

The School of Nursing and Midwifery is seeking an experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Indigenous Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum that incorporates Indigenous perspectives on health and wellbeing.
  • Design and deliver high-quality teaching sessions that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Foster partnerships with industry and community stakeholders to promote the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Requirements

  • A PhD or Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current APHRA registration as a nurse or nurse/midwife.
  • Relevant experience in clinical, research, or academic settings.
