We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Client Relationship Manager. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

In this position, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded. You will work collaboratively with other teams to identify opportunities for growth and provide expert advice on financial matters.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • KYC Management: Oversee the KYC process for a portfolio of clients, including onboarding new clients and updating existing information.
  • Facilities Documentation: Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of facilities documents, including bank guarantees and credit card requests.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication throughout the relationship lifecycle.
Requirements:
