We are seeking highly experienced Supported Independent Living Disability Support Workers to work in the Wacol area. These roles require extensive experience in supporting people with behaviour support plans and working on 24/7 rosters.

Requirements

  • Ambitious individuals with a passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs and goals of others.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with participants and colleagues.
  • The physical capability to carry out a range of manual tasks, ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and weekends, to meet the needs of our participants.

Minimum Requirements

  • Open Qld driver's licence.
  • Queensland registered vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • National Police check (dated within 6 months).
  • Blue Card.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
