About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Practitioner with a strong background in Workday HCM and/or Workday Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive change management experience in Higher Education or Consulting and be able to influence and manage senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a change team on a complex program of work for a university implementing Workday HCM and Finance.
  • Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure their feedback is incorporated into the program.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Combine domain expertise and sector specialization to create custom solutions for the university's complex business issues.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in change management, preferably in Higher Education or Consulting.
  • Strong background in Workday HCM and/or Workday Finance.
  • Extensive experience in influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work across multiple business domains and combine domain expertise and sector specialization to create custom solutions.
