Roster Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team. As a Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for matching the right Care Workers with customers based on skills, availability, and personality.
You will juggle schedules like a pro, ensuring every shift is covered. You will be part of the go-to team for our Care Workers, customers, and external agencies. You will keep things running smoothly by communicating well and solving problems, even before they happen.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience rostering within a care provider preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation & Supporting Effective Communication Modules
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence
