Aircraft Maintenance Lead Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Lead to join our team. As an experienced maintenance professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities on the flight line and ensuring that all aircraft are airworthy.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate maintenance activities to execute the planned flying program.
- Supervise and certify high-frequency scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance.
- Ensure that all required maintenance is identified and completed before aircraft is released.
- Liaison with operational programming authority to align projected aircraft status and flight line resources with expected sortie and configuration requirements.
- Ensure tasked aircraft are released for aircrew acceptance a minimum of 30 minutes ahead of planned take-off time.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated understanding if Aviation regulatory requirements for maintenance under Part 145.
- Demonstrable safety focus.
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions as well as meeting minimum physical requirements of the job.
- Ability to deploy on notification nationally or internationally.

Others:

- The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions.
