We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the end-to-end facility management of our new Customer Fulfilment Centre in Victoria. This is a critical role that requires an experienced professional with a background in engineering and a proven track record of managing multiple contracts in complex environments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with expertise in contract delivery and partnerships. They will also possess technical knowledge of electrical engineering systems, preferably with an engineering-related degree. Additionally, they will be able to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and consistently, and have experience managing budgets and understanding financial metrics.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site assets, including service and maintenance. You will also oversee key business relationships with facilities management providers and support project teams during commissioning, tracking faults and implementing remedies.

You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including Ocado and central operations and procurement teams. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be crucial in this role.

  • Manage site assets: Oversee all site assets, including service and maintenance.
  • Oversee business relationships: Manage key business relationships with facilities management providers.
  • Support project teams: Assist project teams during commissioning, track faults and implement remedies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including Ocado and central operations and procurement teams.
