Facilities Manager

As a key professional in this position, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality facility management services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in complex building environments. You will be responsible for partnering with the Asset Manager to develop comprehensive maintenance services and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Asset Manager to develop and implement planned preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs and maintenance strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and end-users to achieve outstanding results.
- Manage the financial delivery of all building services, aligning with budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure that facilities remain compliant and fit for purpose at all times.
- Deliver building services, adhering to KPIs and policy requirements as per service specifications.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in highly complex building environments.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret contracts.
- Knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and AS/NZS Standards.
