We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school community at St Joseph's Catholic School, Mount Isa.
About the RoleThis part-time, permanent position involves teaching Music to students in Prep to Year 6. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Music to students in Prep to Year 6
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and inclusive education
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school community
- Appropriate tertiary qualification in Education or a related field
- Registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
