Housekeeping Operations Leader

At ahs-hospitality we pride ourselves on being Australia and New Zealand's largest provider of outsourced housekeeping management services. We partner with the most iconic hotel brands and are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead one of our teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish key tasks for the team and ensure timely delivery of rooms to hotels
- Conduct team briefings to drive results and conquer challenges
- Collaborate with hotel leadership on quality metrics
- Maintain open communication with the team and provide resources as needed
- Oversee administration related to Health and Safety billing and rostering
- Evaluate guest satisfaction and service standards
- Ensure seamless handovers to the team and maintain a safe work environment
- Build and sustain strong relationships with team members and hotel stakeholders
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Exhibit time management skills and efficient work habits
- Understand annualised budgets and make informed decisions
- Prioritise a safe workplace and adhere to compliance protocols
- Showcase a well-presented problem-solving attitude
