Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary health care team in the mental health inpatient setting.

The successful applicant will provide person-centered care, collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve quality care outcomes, and conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the mental health inpatient setting.
  2. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver excellent care outcomes.
  3. Conduct nursing practice in accordance with established standards, ensuring respect for individual rights and dignity.
  4. Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and patients.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Proven ability to conduct nursing practice in a respectful and dignified manner, prioritizing patient autonomy and well-being.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, ensuring maintenance of competence and enhancement of skills.
