Job Title: National Warranty Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven leader to build and execute strategy for our high-volume warranty team in our service department(s) to increase profitability and streamline processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

The National Warranty Manager will play a key role in creating a positive and personal coaching environment by inspiring all service team members to have a successful and seamless warranty event.

This includes developing and enhancing the skills of warranty staff by coaching the team on best practice and one touch logic to claim quality as well as to obtain fair and timely claim reimbursement with a clear focus on labor efficiency goals.
