We are partnered with one of Australia's fastest growing residential builders. Projects range across Medium density, High end townhouse & apartment projects. There is an opportunity for a Service & Warranty Team leader to manage the warranty department.

The role
- Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible
- Ability to manage team and set + track KPI's
- Set Maintenance/Warranty targets for your team
- Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
- Liaise with major clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.
- Check & review maintenance and warranty reports

About you
- Previous experience in a similar warranty role
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions orientated & ability to manage a team
