Lead and Grow as an Assistant Centre Manager

This role presents a unique opportunity to take charge of team management in a centrally located early learning centre, promoting high-quality programs and environments. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to guide the team towards delivering outstanding outcomes.

About the Position
  • Assist the Centre Manager with overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to our dedicated staff, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure effective financial management, adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Maintain consistently high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
  • Guarantee delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with children, families, educators, local businesses, and all stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective tour management, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year's experience mentoring a team as an Assistant Director.
  • Experience in overseeing and implementing programs tailored to children's needs and interests.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and National Quality Standards (NQF).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound experience in supporting staff management in a medium to large childcare service.
  • Ability to collaborate with your team and assist the Centre Director in day-to-day operations.
  • Capacity to manage and lead community engagement initiatives.
