As a key member of our management team, the Assistant Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our early learning centre. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the Centre Manager, helping to drive business growth and excellence through efficient management of our early learning centre. They will also be responsible for implementing programs and partnerships that enhance Early Years Learning Plans in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of working in the early learning sector, demonstrating progression to senior roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC positions.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring a team of staff members.
  • Strong educational programming skills within the Early Years Framework, including resource development.
  • Ability to develop and manage staff rosters.
  • Previous experience managing recruitment activities is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, specifically QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
