
Postpaid Portfolio Manager

The Commercial Pricing Manager role plays a critical part in shaping the company's commercial decisions, including product/device pricing, competitor analysis, and market offer evaluation.
Main Responsibilities- Pricing Strategy Development: Drive pricing and commercial decision-making for the postpaid portfolio, focusing on plan pricing, handset pricing, and multi-service bundles.
- Commercial Analysis and Recommendations: Present insightful recommendations, commercial analysis, and trading updates to key stakeholders within the team and external partners, including Finance.
- Competitor Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to generate valuable insights into competitor activity, past offer performance, and customer behavior, informing propositions that stimulate business growth.
- Profitability Monitoring: Monitor profitability from both handset device margin and average plan value perspectives, enabling effective recommendations to maximize profitability and meet budgetary targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the Go To Market function to ensure seamless execution of commercial decisions.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant or similar field.
- Analytical and attention to detail with a commercial focus.
- Strong communication/presentation skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with rapid change and quick pace, requiring resilience and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with strong stakeholder impact and influence abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
