Program Coordinator Role

Job Description\

The primary role of the Program Coordinator is to oversee camps allocated to them, specifically in the 'All-abilities' category. This involves leading a team of administrators before the program and leading a team of Program Facilitators during the program.

These programs are primarily located in South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, Northern Territory, Central Australia, and Tasmania. The role can be broken down into three main components:

  1. \
  2. Overseeing the coordination of each All-abilities Camp program assigned, utilizing our proven step-by-step methodology.\
  3. Attending and leading camp programs physically across various locations.\
  4. Serving as a point of contact for guardians with children involved in the programs.\\/ol">Required Skills and Qualifications\

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Highly organized and able to build rapport quickly with kids and guardians.\
  • A strong passion for the outdoors and positive wellbeing of young people.\
  • Physical fitness and capability.\
  • Knowledge or passion for adventure-based activities (bonuses for qualified outdoor educators).\
