Outdoor Adventure Program Facilitator

We are seeking passionate individuals to facilitate outdoor adventure and recreation programs. These programs aim to promote mental well-being and personal growth among participants.

The Role

As a facilitator, you will lead groups in activity-based programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Programs will be led by 2-3 staff members and include up to 12 participants.
  • Trips may range from 1 to 5 days.

Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, instructor and guiding qualifications are highly regarded. Additionally, surfing coaching certifications and whitewater rafting guide qualifications can be beneficial.
