Job Title: Air And Logistics Consultant

About the Role:

An accomplished Air and Logistics Consultant is required to manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate airfares, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls related to Air/land and oversee the customer service inbox
  • Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings, ensuring optimal travel arrangements
  • Process customers flight deviation requests efficiently
  • Upsell cabins where feasible, targeting premium economy, Business and First classes
  • Evaluate frequent flyer details/baggage/meals and seating allocation requirements at the time of booking
  • Search and book complex itineraries(including stopovers/surface sectors) with ease
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored itineraries within budget constraints
Key Requirements:
  • Effective Time Management
  • Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
  • Meet productivity targets within allocated time frames
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and organized individual

Technical Requirements:
  • GDS Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre/Galileo
