The Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience. By optimizing logistics, this position drives efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across global supply chains.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end logistics function, including freight management, warehousing, and returns processes. The Logistics Coordinator acts as a subject matter expert to shape strategy, optimize systems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Freight Management: Design and implement freight strategies to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and ensure product availability.
- Warehousing: Own inventory management processes across all fulfillment centers, ensuring accuracy, stock health, and readiness for promotional initiatives and launches.
- Returns Processes: Own the design and management of domestic and international returns processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce logistics best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce logistics operations and 3PL/fulfillment management (minimum 3+ years experience).
- Proven ability to optimize freight, warehousing, and returns processes.
