Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead the delivery of multi-discipline construction projects across operational mine sites. As a professional with a strong background in civil, structural, and electrical infrastructure, you will be accountable for the full project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, safety, and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities and a passion for driving transformation in remote and challenging environments. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Your key responsibilities will include managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors, coordinating with mining operations, engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with site-specific safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulations.

Additionally, you will conduct site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control. You will also manage procurement of equipment and services, facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting, and ensure proper documentation.
