Site Construction Manager

A senior-level construction management position is available for a skilled and experienced site supervisor.
This role involves leading and coordinating site personnel, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, plant, materials, and subcontractors
- Attend regular site meetings and provide progress reports
- Assist with procurement and quality control documentation
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with project requirements
- Maintain accurate site records and OH&S documentation
- Oversee project execution to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in subdivisional works, bulk earthworks, and underground construction
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction plans
- Solid safety focus and track record
- Flexibility to work varying hours and operate plant equipment if required
- Valid driver's license
- Senior first aid certification an advantage
