**Early Parenting Centre Leader Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to lead our centre, providing a safe and supportive environment for mothers, fathers, parents, carers, families and their children up to four years of age.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical services while on shift, taking responsibility for the provision of clinical nursing leadership to staff in delivering high-quality person-centred care. They will facilitate the provision of clinical services to admitted families and work closely with senior healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert clinical advice in relation to access, triage, assessment and treatment processes
  • Conduct thorough telehealth assessments to ensure beneficial patient care
  • Ability to work a rotating roster across the centre consisting of days and nights

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Three doses of COVID-19 vaccine or provide further detail regarding doses received
  • Demonstrate values of Collaboration, Accountability, Innovation, Respect and Compassion at work
