Early Learning Centre Leader

The Lead Centre Manager will play a key role in overseeing the overall management of the centre. This includes supporting the Centre Director and mentoring staff to provide high-quality early learning and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Centre Director to lead the team and implement best practices
- Mentor and develop staff capabilities to ensure excellent childcare services
- Be responsible for managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide across all areas of the centre
Requirements:
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
