Aurora's Software Solutions team is building a global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. This platform has been widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, changing the way energy market analytics are performed and delivered.

The Technical Customer Success team plays a critical role in bridging the gap between end-users and development teams. As Aurora expands its software presence in APAC, this team is essential to the company's growth.

We seek a driven Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will combine analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with energy sector clients to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support developers, utilities, and funds in integrating our software products into their decision-making processes.
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to grow and retain our client base in APAC.
  • Guide customers in using the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view.
  • Troubleshoot client requests and help them interpret complex results, leveraging power markets knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across our software suite and relevant power markets knowledge.
  • Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to product teams to refine product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B exposure.
  • Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge.
  • Passion for working with clients across the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on complex topics.
  • Able to analyze, interpret, and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information.
  • Customer-first mindset with confidence to pursue mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Consulting experience and familiarity with SaaS products/processes.
