Care Professional for Children and Adults with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Penrith, serving a diverse client base from children to adults with various physical and intellectual disabilities.
This role offers flexibility, providing care in clients' homes, community settings, or our office. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct thorough functional assessments, set personalised goals, and empower clients to achieve those milestones through therapy and assistive technology recommendations.

Duties:- Collaborate with clients, following a referral-based service model.
- Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Develop and implement client plans, ensuring effective monitoring and reviews.
- Conduct home and community visits as required.
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals.
- Coach and advise team members and carers.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops.
- Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $86,000 and $103,000 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging options.
