Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to join our team in Parramatta, offering guaranteed hours and shifts. This part-time position provides a unique opportunity to make a difference in someone's life every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Domestic Assistance: Ensure the home of older people is safe and beautiful by providing cleaning services.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Assist customers with meal preparation and grocery shopping to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Social Support and Transport: Provide transportation to lifestyle activities and offer emotional support to customers.
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Respite and Emotional Support: Offer respite and emotional support to customers, promoting their overall wellbeing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
