Position

Senior Accountant – responsible for accurately preparing accounting records, maintaining general ledger accountability, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and supporting special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledger by recording transactions, ensuring accuracy, and preparing journal entries.
  • Assist in the monthly close process, including preparation of account reconciliations.
  • Audit and verify transaction documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, including financial records and statements for management.
  • Investigate variance issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MBA or CPA certification, preferred.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial controls.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
